About Quartet 2
Available since May 2018, the QUARTET 2 building offers 4,887 sqm of surface areas spread over 7 above-ground levels and designed to accommodate service businesses, shops and convenience services. Located on the Rue de Lyon side, it benefits from excellent visibility and easy access to public transport, while providing peace and quiet with the indoor courtyards at the rear of the building. The ground floor can accommodate shops and has an independent entrance to the office premises.
INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE
Located on the site of a former Geneva factory owned by Hispano-Suiza. They played a major role in the local history from 1938, producing aircraft engines and working for the military industry right up until 1970. The building was then used by a wide variety of craftsmen and small and medium-sized businesses, as well as for improvised housing. It was time to come up with a long-term vision, provided by the architects, Favre & Guth, specialised in contextual architecture. A philosophical approach, which is about designing structures in response to the literal and abstract characteristics of the location.
